The Customer Support Center is available to assist with and help resolve MICROS applications, hardware, and product issues for all MICROS customers covered by a Help Desk Support Agreement. The Support Center can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using several different methods. The easiest and most efficient method is via the MICROS Web-Support Interface. This interface allows customers to create, review, and update issues or “cases”, reported to the Support Center. The Web-Support interface also allows you to review past case history and search a solutions database for answers to common product and application related issues.
