Dave & Buster's to Centrally Manage Customer Relationship Management Function with Complete Solution from MICROS

hospitality industry, is pleased to announce that Dave & Buster's,
Inc. (NYSE:DAB), the upscale international restaurant and entertainment
chain, has chosen MICROS's mymicros.net and iCare, in combination with
the MICROS 9700 Hospitality Management System (HMS), as the central
customer relationship management tool throughout the company's 33
locations. Implementation started in April, with completion expected in
the fall of 2004.
Each Dave & Buster's offers an impressive selection of
high-quality food and beverage items, combined with an extensive array
of interactive entertainment attractions, such as pocket billiards,
shuffleboard, state of the art simulators, virtual reality, traditional
carnival-style amusements, and games of skill. Now, MICROS will provide
the architecture necessary for Dave & Buster's to manage several

magnetic-striped "Power Cards" (used for game play), gift cards, and
timed game rentals such as billiards and shuffleboard. The system will
also interface to Dave & Buster's labor management and inventory
systems.
Dave & Buster's is utilizing mymicros.net for its reporting
needs at both the store and corporate level. Staff can depend on
mymicros.net for centralized reporting on sales, revenue, and usage
with near real-time analysis. The mymicros.net iCare product offers an
advanced solution for Dave & Buster's Customer Survey, Loyalty, and
Rewards programs. iCare provides a truly integrated loyalty solution
with a 360º view of customer activity. And as Dave & Buster's
specializes in tailored events for everything from small parties to
large corporate events, the MICROS 9700 HMS provides Team Service
functionality for managing these gatherings with advanced check
handling and consolidation features.

provide Dave & Buster's a central CRM tool for the entire
enterprise. As the data is extracted directly from the point-of-sale
solution, there is no guesswork on how customers are behaving, and with

to the changing business conditions.
